This return policy is subject to change. However, no changes to the policy will be applied retroactively to artwork and products you have already purchased from us. All capitalized terms referred to in this policy shall have the same meaning attributed to them in our Terms and Conditions, available online at
GIVEN THEIR CUSTOM NATURE, UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR COMMISSIONED WORKS. ALL SALES OF COMMISSIONED WORKS ARE FINAL.
For all other products we sell on our Website, we refund the full price of your purchases for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date they are delivered to you. After the fourteen (14) day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To start the refund process, please email us at email@example.com. We will provide instructions on shipping your items back to us.
Unless we determine your item was damaged on arrival, organizing return shipping and all associated costs, including shipping fees, insurance, customs, duties and any applicable taxes are your responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item (i) must be unused; (ii) in the same condition you received it in; and (iii) rewrapped in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for products that were listed as final sale items at the time of purchase. We may require that you take a photo of your item to document its condition at the time of its delivery to you.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notifying you that we received the item and whether your refund has been approved.
Unfortunately, your refund cannot be processed until the item in question has been returned to us. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are unable to issue a refund using a different payment method. If more than seven (7) days passes from the time you returned your item and you have not received your refund, please email us at the address above.
My Product was Damaged on Arrival
If you received an item from us that was damaged on arrival, please take photos of the product as soon as practical and email them to us when commencing your return request.
